What is Pick Pack Pro and what services do you offer?
Pick Pack Pro is a UK-based 3PL (third-party logistics) fulfilment centre based in Milton Keynes. We provide: pick and pack order fulfilment for DTC and E-Commerce brands, Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) services, Amazon FBA prep, warehousing and inventory management and returns processing. We support all major sales channels including Shopify, Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce, Etsy and more.
How do I get started with Pick Pack Pro?
Getting started takes just a few steps: contact us via our enquiry form or phone, we'll have a short consultation to understand your volumes and requirements, agree on a bespoke quote, connect your sales channels via Mintsoft and get your first stock delivery booked in. Most clients are live within 2–5 business days.
Where is your warehouse located?
Our warehouse is at Unit 36, Tanners Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes, MK14 5BN. Milton Keynes is centrally located for next-day UK-wide delivery and is adjacent to Amazon's largest sort centres, which is a key advantage for our SFP clients.
Are there long-term contracts or setup fees?
No long-term contracts are required. You pay for what you use. There may be a one-time configuration fee for complex integrations — this will be clearly outlined in your quote before you commit.
Do you offer same-day dispatch?
Yes — all orders received before our daily cut-off time of 3 PM are picked, packed and despatched the same day. Our Milton Keynes location provides excellent UK-wide next-day coverage via our carrier network. For Seller Fulfilled Prime orders, we operate to Amazon's strict same-day despatch requirements regardless of volume.
Which couriers and carriers do you work with?
We work with Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, Evri and UPS. SFP orders are shipped via Amazon Buy Shipping Services using Amazon's approved carrier list. We select the most cost-effective carrier for each order based on size, weight, destination and delivery speed required.
How will you ensure 99% pick accuracy?
Our Milton Keynes warehouse operates to Amazon's strict SFP fulfilment standards across all orders. We use Mintsoft WMS for directed picking (scan-to-confirm), barcode verification at packing and a QC check before despatch. Our current pick accuracy rate is consistently above 99%, as required by Amazon's SFP performance metrics.
How many orders are you fulfilling per day?
We currently fulfil approximately 2,000 orders per day across all channels — Amazon (SFP and FBM), Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay and more. This scale means our processes are built for volume, accuracy and speed.
What is the onboarding process like?
Onboarding is fast and straightforward. Step 1: Initial enquiry and scoping call. Step 2: We provide a bespoke quote based on your order profile. Step 3: We connect your sales channels via Mintsoft (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, TikTok, etc.). Step 4: Delivery mapping and Mintsoft portal training. Step 5: Your stock arrives at our warehouse and we go live. Most clients are fully operational within 2–5 business days of onboarding.
What tech platform do you use?
We use Mintsoft, a leading UK cloud WMS. Your client portal gives you real-time stock visibility, live order tracking, multi-channel integration and returns management — all updated as activity happens in the warehouse.
Can I track my stock in real time?
Yes — your Mintsoft portal shows live stock levels by SKU and location, individual order status from pick to despatch, inbound notifications, returns updates and downloadable performance reports.
How does inventory management work?
Once your stock arrives at our Milton Keynes warehouse, our inbound team receives, counts and books it in within 48 hours. Each SKU is assigned a dedicated bin location. As orders are fulfilled, stock levels are automatically decremented across all your connected sales channels via Mintsoft in real time.
How quickly is new stock booked in after arriving?
Standard inbound receiving is completed within 48 hours of your stock arriving at our facility. Once booked in, you'll receive an automated notification with the final count and any discrepancies flagged. Your inventory is made live on all connected channels as soon as it's confirmed — there's no FBA-style backlog.
What product types can you store and fulfil?
We handle health and beauty, cosmetics and skincare, clothing and apparel, electronics accessories, toys and games, homewares, food and supplements (ambient, non-perishable) and sports and fitness products. Please contact us if your product has unusual size, weight, or handling requirements and we'll confirm compatibility.
Is there a limit on how many SKUs you can manage?
We can support a wide range of SKU counts depending on your storage footprint and product size. There is no fixed hard cap — we allocate bin, shelf, or pallet locations based on your inventory profile. If you have a large or growing SKU range, let us know during your onboarding consultation.
