Send supplier addresses, incoterms where relevant, carton vs pallet splits, and any fixed FBA inbound delivery slots you already hold. We map those legs against your fulfilment profile so e-commerce supply chain changes do not break cut-offs.
We handle collection and delivery
We coordinate freight collection from your supplier, manage transit, and receive goods directly into your Pick Pack Pro warehouse. Everything is scanned and synced to your Mintsoft dashboard on arrival.

Do I need to already use Pick Pack Pro for fulfilment to use your logistics services?
No. You can use us for freight and distribution only. If you already store with us, inbound and outbound events sit in the same Mintsoft tenant, which cuts admin when something needs chasing.
What types of freight do you handle?
Full and part loads (FTL/LTL), palletised freight, Amazon FBA inbound shipments, B2B wholesale delivery UK, and supplier collections from Europe and the Far East. If a lane is outside what we run, we will say so on the phone rather than take a booking we cannot honour.
Can you collect directly from my supplier or factory?
Yes. UK collections are often same-day or next-day on notice. EU factory collections are typically two to five working days depending on distance and export paperwork. For China and wider Asia we coordinate sea or air ex major ports and airports, with milestones you can see in writing.
How is logistics pricing structured?
Quotes follow route, weight, volume, service level, and whether you need tail-lift, timed booking, or ADR. You can buy ad hoc moves or agree a repeating inbound pattern if volumes are steady. We send line items before you commit.
Will I be able to track my freight?
Yes. Inbound, stock, and outbound activity for clients on our fulfilment stack are visible in Mintsoft alongside orders. If you are freight-only, we still give tracking references and PODs in the format your finance team expects.
Do you offer refrigerated or temperature-controlled freight?
Day-to-day we move ambient stock. If you need chilled or frozen, call us with product class, temperature band, and lane — we will either propose a screened partner or tell you we cannot meet the spec.
